Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail tracked within UK and Royal Mail International Standard for overseas. Large/heavy items and valuable items may be sent via courier. These will be tracked and should arrive within 1-2 days. If you would like to request a certain postal service is used, please email twistedearthshop@gmail.com before placing an order.

Please allow extra delivery time during public holidays and busier periods, such as Christmas. After dispatch, the delivery times are determined by the postal company.

Domestic Shipping Rates

UK postage £3.99.

International Shipping

International shipping depends on the parcel weight, this will be calculated at the checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at enchantedhomeandgifts@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. See our full refund policy at https://www.twistedearth.shop/policies/refund-policy

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at twistedearthshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. A refund or a replacement item may be offered.
