Collection: Smudge Sticks & Bowls

Smudge sticks are bundles of herbs tied together. Burning the herbs is a traditional practice, performed for thousands of years. Smudge sticks are used to cleanse a person or area of negative energy, in meditation and prayer, for stress relief, to connect with the spiritual realm and to promote good health.

Seashells have been used for catching the ash during smudging. Smudge bowls can also be used to catch ash and to hold the burning herbs. Feathers are sometimes used to fan smoke.
